How refunds work for the Brand Audit, retainers, and one time projects. Effective September 1, 2026.
We want you to feel good about working with Flourish Marketing Agency. This policy explains how refunds work for each thing we sell.
The Brand Audit is a custom, recorded deliverable built specifically for your business. Because it is prepared just for you, it is non refundable once we have delivered it. If you change your mind before we begin the work, contact us within 3 days of purchase for a full refund. The audit fee is credited toward your first month if you move into a retainer.
Retainers run month to month after any minimum term stated in your agreement. You can cancel with 30 days written notice. Fees already paid for the current period are non refundable, since the work for that period is already planned and underway, but you will not be billed again after your notice period ends.
For project work such as a website or content shoot, refund terms are set in your written proposal or agreement. Deposits reserve your spot and cover work already started, so they are non refundable once the project begins.
If something does not look right, tell us. Reach us through the contact page and we will make it right where we reasonably can. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
